I just came home from the MSO Concert at the Myer Music Bowl. It was great! I’m glad I went because that was the last concert for this summer. It was packed out.

is anyone excited about the AFL Footy starting? I’m sitting here watching it on TV and listening to it on the radio but I don’t know if it really grabs me.

the discworld convention was held in Melbourne recently. did anyone attend? I didn’t but I love reading the books. they have that dry english sense of humour and the characters have plenty of personality.

it appears I celebrated too soon on Sunday night when the cool change came thru. this heat is going to continue all this week again.

thank goodness. it has been so hot. i have spent the weekend just lying around reading because i had no energy for anything else. i do love my reading of course so that was no great hardship but the heat certainly was.

I have been reading the various posts and noticed that a couple of people have mentioned having more categorys, particularly pertaining to Religion. Perhaps there should be a Religious Category so that people who want to discuss that can do so.
